DIRECTIONS TO MATERNAL FETAL GROUP PLAZA

From Bellevue or west of Nashville (I-40 East)

Because of the interstate "loop" around central Nashville, directions to our area can be confusing, to say the least.  For example, one minute you're traveling on I-40 East, and the next you'll be on I-40 West.  We hope these specific directions and maps will be helpful when you drive to our offices, and we encourage you to print them.

  • Take I-40 East (toward Nashville):

    • At exit 206, bear left (to I-40 East; DO NOT FOLLOW 440)

    • At exit 208-A, bear right (to I-40 East)

      • Look for the Charlotte Ave. (209) exit (prepare to exit)

  • Exit I-40 exit 209 (Charlotte Ave.)

    • Turn right onto Charlotte Ave.

    • Drive less than a mile on Charlotte Ave. (traveling away from downtown)

    • Turn left at 23rd Ave.

    • Go four (4) blocks

    • Turn left at State St.

Immediately on your right, you'll see Maternal Fetal Group Plaza.  You may pull into the drive-through, and use the free valet parking.
